주요연구분야
국내 자생식물 자원으로부터 다양한 성분을 분리 정제하는 연구를 수행하고 있으며, 이를 통하여 천연물의약품을 개발하는 것을 목표로 한다.
(1) 생약(한약)재를 포함한 천연물 추출물 구축과 자원화 연구
(2) 천연물 유래 생리활성 성분 연구: 간편하고 효율적인 in vitro 생리활성 기법과
open column chromatography, HPLC, on-line hyphenated HPLC를 이용한 생리
활성 물질의 추적 분리 정제법 연구, centrifugal partition chromatography를
이용한 신규 분리 정제법 연구, 다양한 분광학적 방법 (NMR, MS, IR, UV 등)과
화학적 방법을 활용한 천연물 유래 성분의 구조 동정
(3) 천연물 소재의 최적 추출조건 및 표준화 기법 연구: HPLC, HPLC-DAD-MS를
이용한 천연물 소재의 품질 평가 및 표준화 기법 연구
